Frequently Asked Questions
What is your online return policy?
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- To initiate a return, email us at info@floandrest.ca with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- If your return is accepted, we'll provide shipping instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Customers must use a trackable shipping service and are responsible for any shipping/duty costs.
- Once the item is received and passes our inspection, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow your bank 5–10 business days to process the refund.
- All sale items are final sale.
- Final sale items include: intimates, jewelry, and gift cards.
- Returned items must have original tags, show no signs of wear, and be in original packaging. Include the original invoice or email confirmation in your return shipment.
What is your in-person purchase return policy?
- In-person purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 7 days of purchase
- All sale items are final sale.
- Final sale items include: intimates, jewelry, and gift cards.

How do I mail back a return?

Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes, we offer free shipping within Canada on orders $100 and over.
Do you offer free return shipping?
- Not at this time. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Do you ship to the U.S.A.?
- No.
Do you offer in-store pickup?
- Yes! You can place your order online and pick it up at our Enfield location Monday through Friday between 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
- Select the in-store pickup option at checkout . We'll notify you when your order is ready.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
- Once your order has been shipped, you cannot modify or cancel it.
- If your order has not been shipped, we will try our best to accommodate cancellation requests.

How do I track my package?
- Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. All shipments are sent via Canada Post.
Do you sell gift cards?
- Yes. Gift cards are available for purchase and can be used both in-store and online.
Do gift cards expire?
- No, gift cards do not expire.
What are your hours of operation?
